The
A Call To Arms Celestial
Dawn was the second deck
in the A Call To Arms series
to be released. With it,
and more specifically with
the inclusion of the Tidal
Pull cards, players get
the opportunity to actually
redefine the battle field.

|
When?
Most other
cards in the
Risk 2210
AD game can
be played
when the purchasing
player chooses,
or simply
held onto
in order to
avoid another
player using
it. With the
Tidal Pull
card the purchasing
player must
immediately
reveal it
to all players
and follows
it's instructions.
There's therefore
no stashing
these cards
to be used
at a later
time. Instead,
as soon as
they're drawn
they come
into play
and have their
effect.
|
|
What?
Once in play
the purchasing
player must
draw the top
land territory
card and place
a flood marker
on it. What
this flood
marker does
is in effect
to change
the land territory
into a water
territory.
The territory
still counts
as part of
it's existing
continent,
but cannot
be moved through
without a
water commander.
